These Terms govern access to and use of Pandora Solver by individuals, companies, team members and authorized visitors.

1. Purpose

Pandora Solver licenses the use of its project management platform, including planning, analysis, collaboration and AI-assisted tools. Features may evolve according to the product and subscribed plan.

2. Licenses and plans

Free plans may have promotional limits and may change. Paid plans follow the agreed scope, limits and term. Visitor access is limited to shared content and may be revoked by its owner.

3. User obligations

Users must comply with law, protect credentials, keep information accurate, respect permissions and confidentiality, and not assign, resell or exploit access without authorization.

4. Pandora Solver obligations

Pandora Solver keeps the platform available, except during maintenance or events beyond its control, and provides support according to the applicable plan or agreement.

5. Limitation of liability

The platform supports decisions but does not replace professional judgment. To the extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to fees paid during the twelve months before the event giving rise to a claim.

6. Term and termination

These Terms remain effective while the platform is used. Users may cancel according to their agreement, and access may be suspended for violations, security risks or legal requirements.

7. Governing law and venue

Brazilian law governs these Terms. The courts of Rio das Ostras, Rio de Janeiro, have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory statutory venue rights.
